We say we have “vision for detail,” but what does that mean? Meticulosity is a diverse mix of creative visionaries and meticulous programmers that all share an extreme attention to detail. Designers aren’t always the best programmers, and programmers don’t always have the best eye for design. Meticulosity is based in Saratoga Springs, NY, part of New York’s Tech Valley region and just miles from Albany, NY. Meticulosity is a Better Business Bureau accredited company with an A rating. We’re not teenagers living in our mom’s basements – we’re a New York LLC with full general liability and errors and omissions coverage.
About Dave Ward, President
A lifelong serial entrepreneur and technologist, Dave has been a part of the Internet since before there was a WWW, running a 4-line BBS in the 1990s and distributing shareware over Gopher. While an avid lemonade salesman and paper delivery facilitator in his youth, Dave started his first “real” business with a friend at Union College in Schenectady, NY, making beer money designing and hosting websites. The business grew from a college hobby to a large design and software development firm with over 140 clients and eight employees (although beer consumption dropped significantly).
From there, he left to work for a seasoned entrepreneur who had already sold three companies over 20 years. After learning everything he could, Dave left to start Tree Frog InterMedia (now Meticulosity) to apply everything he’d learned from his entrepreneurial experience. Despite the recession, the company has enjoyed continual growth for the last two years.
