Our Mutual Commitments
1. Communication & Responsiveness
- We commit to active, honest, and respectful communication across email, Slack, ClickUp, and meetings.
- Both parties will promptly read, review, and respond thoughtfully to all communications.
- We agree to proactively share challenges or blockers before they impact timelines.
- We agree to regularly communicate, providing timely feedback and status updates.
2. Meeting Participation
- We both commit to attending and actively participating in weekly standup calls, prepared with updates and questions.
- Both parties will be present and engaged in all meetings involving end-clients to ensure mutual alignment.
3. Transparency
- All tasks/projects, timelines, and updates will be maintained transparently in ClickUp.
- Our agency will accurately track all project time and provide monthly (or weekly if requested) burn reports.
- Clients commit to reviewing these reports and discussing any concerns openly.
4. Delivery & Estimates
- We commit to providing realistic estimates and doing our best to meet delivery dates.
- Both parties acknowledge that unforeseen issues or delays outside our control may require flexibility and grace.
5. Impact of Delays
- We recognize that delays in communication, approvals, or delivery of necessary access credentials, files, or data will directly impact project timelines.
6. White-label Limitations
- Meticulosity takes every reasonable measure to protect the white-label nature of our relationship with your end-clients.
- We truly value the success of your agency and your end-clients. Meticulosity does our best to represent your agency in the best way possible and successfully deliver tasks and projects that meet or exceed your client’s expectations. Your success is our success. Your growth is our growth.
- Our communication and expectations for your end-clients are limited to the commitments in our Service Level Agreement.
- We take every care to embed ourselves within your agency to become an extension of your team, our employees are not your employees.
