FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
What is your experience in white-label services?
We were a traditional digital/inbound agency for 15 years and worked with many different white-label providers (from independent contractors to agencies) and believed we could do it better. We changed our ICP 18 months ago and have worked exclusively with agencies since and built our entire delivery model around them. We now work with over 36 digital agencies.
What industries or sectors do you specialize in?
Prior to agencies, we have vertical experience in franchises, high-tech manufacturing, consumer/CPG goods, ecommerce, and addiction treatment services.
What sets your agency apart from others offering similar services?
We care about our clients and invest in those relationships in a way others don't. We also have 16 years of experience as an agency and can help you avoid the mistakes we made. We've been there already.
What specific services do you offer in a white-label format? (SEO, PPC, web design, social media, etc.)
All of the above - basically any service that a digital/inbound marketing agency would offer, we offer. From development to websites to marketing, we're end to end.
Are the services customizable to meet my clients' needs?
Yes. We have hundreds of task templates to make getting work done more efficient, but each solution is bespoke to the client's needs.
Do you have success stories or examples of work delivered in this model?
How do you handle communication and reporting with the contracting agency?
Mostly within our PM tool ClickUp where we have full transparency, accountability, and track all our time for your clients. We also require weekly standups with clients and are available on Slack, Email, Text, and Zoom.
Do you have defined processes for data collection, review, and approval of work?
Yes, all the above is done through our Work Order Form that is processed and reviewed by your account manager.
What platforms or tools do you use for project management and communication?
ClickUp, Zoom, and Slack.
How do you ensure the quality of the deliverables?
Work is QA'ed by the teams who do the work and your account manager.
Do you offer revisions or adjustments to deliverables if they don’t meet expectations?
Yes of course, though we bill for that time since all we offer is our time.
What is your average turnaround time for services?
That totally depends on the work. A simple workflow might be 1-2 days, a complex website could be months. Expectations for delivery are set during our Work Order process as mentioned above.
What type of contract or agreement is required to work in a white-label model?
How do you ensure confidentiality between the contracting agency and its clients?
You give us a branded email at your agency's domain. We use that email for any external communication, meeting invites, etc. We're in the business of white-label, so we'll make sure you get all the credit.
Who owns the rights to the delivered work?
Do you have the capacity to handle large projects or a high volume of work?
Yes.
How do you scale your teams in case of higher-than-expected demand?
We have a large team and are regularly hiring.
How do you handle conflicts or dissatisfaction with deliverables?
Work it out together and find a better way to do it next time.
Can you work for the Spanish Market/Language?
We can use translation services if required but don't have specific experience "marketing" to the Spanish market.
Do you do reporting for ongoing services?
Yes. All time is tracked and sent monthly in our down-to-the-minute burn reports showing all time tracked, what end-client, and what task it was for.
Do you manage time tracking of work completed?
Yes. Our entire team tracks all time on all client work.
